Orders typically ship within 48 hours on weekdays. Standard delivery within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping within the USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

What is the purity of your peptides?
All our peptides are ≥99% purity, sourced from WHO/GMP and ISO 9001:2015 approved manufacturers.
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (powder form) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once reconstituted, store in the refrigerator and use within the recommended timeframe.
What supplies do I need?
You will need bacteriostatic water for reconstitution and insulin syringes for administration. These are available in our Supplies category and are auto-added to your cart for convenience.

Do I need an account to order?
An account is created automatically during checkout with your email and contact information. You will receive a password via email to access your order history.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
